CANDIDO’s WAVE and the story of Candido Iban: From Denise Nicole Tolentino (@DrawnByDenise), one of our #PastsRevisited artists. Celebrate the 130th year of the Katipunan Revolution – through the story behind the story of one of our great heroes, told in her own words and through the making of her serigraph:
“It was an honor to tell the story of Candido Iban through illustration. A massive thank you to the @constantinofoundation for giving me this opportunity.
“Special thanks also to @billygaryreyes for helping me execute this as striking serigraph prints.
“*LIMITED PRINTS OF CANDIDO’s WAVE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE YUCHENGCO MUSEUM SHOP.
“Pasts Revisited will run up to the 11th of July at the YSpace of Yuchengco Museum in RCBC Plaza, Makati City. The museum is open from Monday to Saturday, 10AM-6PM.
“Do come and enjoy all the stories, letters, artifacts, and art. Also, Happy Independence Day!
